Baby Back Ribs


1 slab of baby back ribs
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup of Ketchup
1/4 Cup Smokey Flavored BBQ sauce
2 TBS Dijon Mustard
2 TBS Tarragon Vinegar
1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
1 chopped onion

Cut the ribs into sections and then salt and pepper them and set aside.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and then add the rib sections making sure each one is well coated with the mixture*. Cover with 'press and seal' wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Spray crock pot with Pam and then add the ribs and the mixture and cook on low for five (5) hours.

* This mixture is enough to cover two slabs of baby back ribs if more ribs are desired.
