Bennies and Meatloaf

My Wife had the great idea to go camping for our wedding anniversary. (yes, what a catch 'eh?)

For breaky, I made Salmon and Spinach bennies. we had the standard hash brown patties to go alongside. Let me say, life is pretty good when you can spend a weekend camping with your loved one, your faithful pooch, and enjoy good food all at the same time)

For Saturday dinner, I brought along a smoked Irish meatloaf I smoked a couple weeks back, then vacuum packed and froze. I made a Guiness and molassas gravy to go alongside, and we "paired it" (ha!) with the mandatory 'taters and peas. I bought a local bottle of bubbly along to help celebrate to.

Looks delicious, but you forgot the coffee.

Happy Anniversary.
