Coleman Roadtrip is my general purpose grill because of the ability to substitute the grill grates. My all time favorite is a medium big green egg. It has a large enough cooking surface to feed several hungry adults but still portable to take camping.

We like the Weber Q also, especially so after discovering the BBQ Grill Mats. Cleanup is a breeze, they go in the DW once we get home too!

Just made a great improvement to my Weber BabyQ.
This little addition saves room for more firewood or a bigger cooler! 😉Click image for larger version

Three words.

BIG GREEN EGG. A variety of sizes available to fit your needs. I have a large at my seasonal site built in to a nice cedar table. Just bought it back in spring and have done everything from burgers and dogs to ribs and chicken, even did the Thankgiving Turkey on it this past weekend and it turned out absolutely awesome. Supper time is always so quiet now except for the moans of delight from the great charcoal taste of food.

I am actually looking at getting a smaller Egg for using at home and with my hybrid when we venture off somewhere different for a weekend.

Charbroil Infrared portable. Like it was said earlier; no flareups. I use a 5' hose and 20lb. tank. Works for us. We also carry a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. Also works for us.
