I'd be willing to bet you could contact local camp ground owners and they might be willing to offer you a free site or even pay you to set up for a public cook especially on holiday weekends.
Do a show & tell with them, explain about the wood & cooker situation and what you'd do. Explain that the other campers to supply their own meats.
Might end up being a good $$ maker for you along with a good camp site. Who knows??

Nice build!! I built a trailer smoker too, sold it last year as it had sat in my driveway for a year and a half without being used. I built it to use it at competitions, then we got sick of staying up all night to feed it logs so we went to an insulated "vault" smoker and I used the money from the trailer smoker to put towards my toy hauler.

Yeah, polishdon - it is a LOT of work. I've used some of those cabinet style cookers and they are really nice.

He will certainly need a 2nd site for the people eating all of this - maybe 2 or 3. Sounds like he could feed an entire good size campground and I would bet everyone would be real happy about that.

Probably so! We had to stretch the trailer out a bit so it would be most comfortable in a full site. Let alone the number of people that like to stand around it while it's fired up!
