Too far for me I'm in New Mexico. If willing to ship let me know I'll pay.

Randomly grabbing a New Mexico zip code, shipping looks to be almost $1000. (Estimator is showing $978.96). Not worthwhile to ship, you should be able to buy one new locally for less than just that shipping charge.

Besides, I hadn’t really given up on mine yet. I love my Camp Chef, it’s just too big for my new trailer. Still holding out on figuring something out but would be willing to do a forum member a favour.

Man that is EXPENSIVE. I'd be better off buying online.

Pretty much. This thing is big and heavy. But that’s what to expect with twin 30K BTU burners.

I'm late to this conversation, but love my Camp Chief stove.
Bought it for canning my pepper sauce and beer making. Camp with it once a year when the whole clan goes (18!) I also use my standard BBQ that lives on the 5er, a Coleman two burner with inter changeable grills and pot boiler. It's almost the same size as the Camp Chief but none of the horse power and half the weight.

Question for the Camp Chief users, How do you keep ahead of draining the grease/fat from bacon, sausage etc.?

I've thought of drilling a drain hole on either side of the grease trap and attaching a can under the hole. Just doesn't seem to be enough room for the can. Any suggestions?

We use the Camp Chef “Professional” grease cup.

Same here, I use the grease cup. Does a fine job, has two slots that lock it on the stove in between the top grate so it can't be accidentally moved like my Blackstone at home.

My griddle came with a little 'hanger' that you stuck a can in and hung under it. It caught most of the grease, but I learned to make sure it wasn't over my mat if I was using it.

That 'cup' looks like a nice upgrade over what I originally had.

Thanks Sharon. However that accessory doesn't work on the reversible griddle/grill combo unit. The griddle side has a "built-in grease catcher" So you have to either sop it up with a paper towel or wait for the thing to cool & scape the stuff out.
