If you want a little twist, you can keep the Everclear out and then mix in either whipped cream vodka or choose to set sail with Captain Morgan (my personal fave next to the Everclear) on a cup by cup basis.
Same stuff, but I usually make this on the stove in a 6-quart pot. A few variations:

1/2 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
1 cup of sugar
6-8 cinnamon sticks

Cook on the stove for 2 hours at barely a summer.

Add a bottle of Everclear and cool as quickly as possible (in the winter, we set the pot out in the snow).

I enjoy it over ice and haven't ever had it warm- but we've long said that heated in a crock pot would be nice.

Secondly, the Bullets really work as advertised. We have the "Baby Bullet" for making baby foods- it's pretty amazing what it'll wail through.

Finally, my drink of choice is Lemon Rum and Sprite. Some days it's rum-flavored Sprite and some days it's Sprite-flavored rum....

Our favorite rum is Bacardi 8. Smooth enough to sip straight. On a cold winter's night of camping, we enjoy warm amaretto with a spot of whipped cream on top.

I'm lazy and love Lime-A-Rita. The refreshing ready-to-drink Margarita With a Twist of Bud Light Lime. Look for it wherever Bud Light Lime is sold!

Lime-a-rita's are great. Also have strawberry ones.

I also like anything with Malibu. Either just with pineapple juice or a bay breeze (pineapple juice and cranberry juice). It's like drinking candy.

Now that's a cocktail!
After reading through all of the posts, I was thinking that y'all are making this entirely too difficult. I finally came across Indymule's thread, and will have to agree, except I am not quite a purist, as I use several ice cubes.

I also keep Maker's Mark and some Vodka in my trailer liquor cabinet.

My DW sells Tastefully Simple. They have a few items that you mix Vodka or rum and water then freeze. Great to make up the week before and take along.

I myself always have the big bottle of Captain Morgan and the big container of Country Time Lemonade. Plenty of ice in a big insulated cup.

If I run out of Lemonade there's always Dr. Pepper or Coke around.

Frozen cocktails.

Most of you may have already seen this recipe as it originated from a camping forum. It would also help if you are a vodka drinker.
4 - 750 ml bottles of Vodka. I use Kettle One and pour into recycled Glass Vodka bottles.
2 - 1lb bags Skittles candies. Flavor is your choice. I use regular Skittles.
Separate all different flavors. Add flavors to bottles and use them all. DO NOT forget you will have displacement. Allow Skittles to dissolve. Roll bottles over occasionally until all of the Skittles are dissolved. Put into freezer for a couple of hours serve as needed. Shots, rock glass, ect...
