The Wife loves her Caeser's. Since the Clamato mix is so hard to find stateside we never cross the border without it.
Me? I'll nurse a beer or three, or mix up a bourbon sour and pretty content.

My uncle from Toronto loved to use Clamato mix.... Was it for bloody mary's?
Our local Schnucks grocery stores sell it!

Vodka & Diet Tonic. 20oz tumbler iced to the top, fill 1/2 way with Tito Vodka(handmade in Austin,TX) and topped off perfectly with a 10oz diet tonic and a slice of lime.C'est Bon!! Also the new Jim Beam Maple. Better than the Maple Finish Crown and about $8/5th less. Really good after dinner/breakfast/lunch drink.

Hey Lou,
I'll go do an inventory on my liquor cabinet and let you tell me if I am over the weight limit. I'll even count the Wild Turkey American Honey in the freezer as well as all of the "airplane size" bottles refilled and scattered throughout the fridge. Should be interesting.

One small ice cube, three fingers of 8 Seconds Canadian Blend. Smooth. Hard to find around here (state stores suck) but Pendleton will do in a pinch.

We wet the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge then dip the rim in celery salt. In that glass pour a couple ozs vodka over ice, a few drops tabasco, worchestshire sauce,a wedge of lime ( or lime juice) some pepper and top off with Motts Clamato juice then you can garnish it with a celery or a pickle spear or a pickled asparagus.
I'll only have one or two cause they are very high in sodium and go down waaay too fast. Then it time to switch to Scotch!!
Another thing I like to do is have a beer and Clamato ( we call it a red eye) every once in a while!!

We came across this drink while we were in Gulf Shores. My wife loved it.

The Bushwacker ( I love the name)

1 oz Malibu rum
1 oz Kahlua
1 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
1 cup Vanilla ice cream
½ oz Bacardi 151 rum

Mix all ingredients in a blender except for the 151. Pour into a glass and top it with the 151 rum. Optionally dust with cocoa dust and add a cherry on top.

How can you not like a drink that contains ice cream?

When we were in Perdido Key, we walked to a beach bar called Floribama. Thats where I had my first Bushwacker!!! Oh My Word are they yummy!!!! Be careful cause they can sneak up on you. There was a gal at a table who had like 5 empty glasses in front of her, and asIi walked by her, her head turned to follow me, but her eyes had to catch up! It was so funny!!
So I only drink 4 at a time....I'm just sayin....

It's easy to get lost inside the Floribama if you drink too much.

We were introduced to the Bushwacker at Tacky Jack's in Gulf Shores. They have excellent wings too.
