"Chicken Breast or Porkchop Marinade"

This is super simple and TASTY.

1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice (I usually add a little more) and
Fresh Garlic (We buy the little jars of fresh garlic)

Take the above along with Chicken Breast or Pork Chops and place in a Ziploc Freezer bag. Mix it all together and get as much air out of the bag as you can and leave it sit in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. I like it stronger so we leave it in refer overnight. Take out and grill. Yummy. Try it and let me know if you like it.

Well, it certainly sounds good, and simple. I'll have to try it our next outing.
