We don't have one in our camper but do have a micro/convection at home and we really like it. When we purchased a new stove we got one with a convection oven. They do cook more evenly and faster.
DW said she would get me one for Christmas. Does bread brown good. I want to learn how to cook biscuits and I like them to brown. What should I look for, how big or how many watts
