DW has been making that recipe (or a slightly different version of it) for a long time now. In fact, she just made it two days ago.

Back hen we had our boat, our marina had a chili cook-off one fall weekend. DW made the potato soup and took it in case anyone didn't like/want chili. The potato soup won first place.

Nepas, I missed seeing your post while we were in Gulf Shores. Adding the pulled pork is an excellent idea. Ill have to try this the next time Im going to cheat on my low cholesterol, low fat, low sodium diet. BTW, I cheat often because my doctor recommended diet is way too BORING and TASTELESS!
