Dutch Oven Coca-Cola Chicken

Dutch Oven Coca-Cola Chicken

12 inch Dutch Oven

20 Chicken wings or your favorite parts
1 or 2 (18 ounce) bottles of Barbecue Sauce
2 liter Coca-Cola
Pam cooking spray

Lightly grease Dutch oven with Pam or shortening.
Layer the bottom of Dutch oven with cuts of chicken.
Pour Barbecue sauce over the top of chicken.
Mix with chicken.
Pour enough Coke to cover chicken. Cover with lid and
bake until tender. Bake at 375 degrees.

17 coals on top and 9 coals on bottom. Cook for 45 minutes
or until chicken is tender.

Hey Jolly, this sounds really good, we have it on our menu for our week down in Pomme de Terre in 7 days. Thanks for the recipe.

One of these days, someone's gonna have to explain to me wtf a dutch oven is that uses coals. I have seen em for stoves, but not coals.
