Easy Ham Dinner

Here is my dinner from cans.

Ham Dinner:
1 canned ham
1 can yams (sweet potatoes)
1 small can crushed pineapple
fat (butter, margarine, oil)
pumpkin pie seasoning, if you have it
black pepper

Put a skillet on to heat. Slice ham into slabs. Heat ham in skillet with fat. Turn ham over. Drain yams and dump in skillet on ham. Season with black pepper. Top with crushed pineapple. Season with pumpkin pie seasoning (or cinnamon, if you have it). Simmer until pineapple is caramelized, or crew is standing at the stove with plates in hand, which ever comes first.

This a quick, tasty meal when you are tire, cold, and hungry.

Many happy camp meal to you all,
Jo-Mae

Moved to new thread by itself because it sounds pretty good and I wanted people to find it.

Thanks Jo-Mae for posting this, it seems like it'd be really good, and easy to make. I think I'll try it next trip in a couple of weeks.

And... thanks Wade for moving it cause I might have not seen it otherwise.
