It's actually the guts of the Zuchinni, Ritz crackers, grated cheese and garlic\herb seasoning. Super easy to make, boil the zuchinni for about 10 minutes, cut in half long ways, scraps the seeds\meat out until you have the skin with a little meat left, mix hot seeds\meat with ingredients above and stuff into skin, bake in over at 350 until the cheese melt and the top get golden brown. They are cruchy and delicious.
