How to Cook with Convection?

My trailer has a convection oven/microwave combo instead of a propane oven . . . . any suggestions on learning to cook with convection, sites or books or such?

We have a microwave/convection and regular convection oven at home. Cooking/baking takes less time because the hot air is circulated in the oven. I wish our 5er had one. If you google or bing convection oven cooking you'll find lots of info.

I have at home too ~ wish the camper did. Just takes less time, there's prolly a website that tells you how to convert the time. Love how it browns .

I have a Micro/convection combo oven in the MH. Easy conversion of conventional oven recipes is: 25 degrees less with same cooking time; or same degrees with 25% less cooking time. Lots of info and conversion charts on the internet.
