Ideas for dinner to feed 14

Camping with a group of 14 adults. We trade nights to cook. Any suggestions for dinner meals for 14 people that can be easily prepared in TT. I have an extra roaster oven if needed.
Any Ideas will help. Thanks!

Some kind of roast in the roaster, or a smoker, or just on the grill. Throw on a few potatoes and maybe some veggies. If they can't enjoy meat & taters, well, you just don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, you can make a large batch in a 10-15 qt stock pot and cook it outside or inside depending on whether you want all the extra heat inside the camper or not. Add rice from a rice cooker and a single meal in a bowl. Not much mess to cleanup either if you use disposable bowls.

a nice pasta/spaghetti bake works well, we have done a nice roast beef before around the holidays that fed 16. There are numerous casserole dishes that would meet your needs as well. Take a look at the "foodnetwork.com" website for simple and easy ideas to feed the masses.
Good luck!

fajitas

You could make fajitas! Cook all the stuff prior to serving and keep meat and vegies hot. Have them file by one at a time while you griddle the tortillas. They get to build their own with what they want.

Chili. You'll probably need 2 crockpots for enough space, though.

Does it have to be IN your camper? Why not cook some burger and dogs over the fire?

Get a rotisserie -
https://www.amazon.com/Grizzly-Spit-.../dp/B0002GWW80

I have one I can cook a 40lb chunk of meat on if I want to.

I've been wanting to do a whole goat sometime, but I can't get enough people together.

Good ideas. Thanks. keep them coming. I'm just the cook and yes it can be cooked outdoors. I will present list of options to DW when I collect a few more.
I think they just bring me to cook for them but I'm out of ideas and just looking for something new or different. Thanks again!

BBQ. Feeds a lot of people and pretty easy to fix. Not expensive either.

We did bacon wrapped bbq chicken breasts not too long ago for about 20 people while camping. Chicken is cheap, bacon is easy and we cooked half in the oven and the other half on a grille. We did mac n cheese, mashed tators, and Cajun green beans.

My parents started charcoal grilling pizza's a few years ago and it's awesome! Feeds a lot of people, cooks super fast and adds an entire new flavor to the pizza! Take a couple extra pizzas though, cuz you will probably burn 1 or two your first time!

A couple years ago we did buffalo wings for about 30 people, and we took our turkey fryer out and used it. That was probably the funnest one, we had all flavors of wings and everyone loved it. However it took what felt like 1/2 the day to cook (prep, cook, season, serve).

We've also done the "Pizza Bar" with a group...but made them on the grill because it was more regulated for temperature. That is even easier, the only real prep time is cutting vegetables for the pizza. Any meat you put on the pizza will cook in the 8 min its on the grill.

If you want real easy, and have a Sam's Club handy, then a tray of Byron's pulled pork does good.

You just have to heat it up in the oven or on a grill as it's already cooked and in an aluminum tray.

I've been using this stuff for years at tailgating, Mardis Gras, geocaching, and camping events. It has a little spice kick to it. My friends always ask if I'm going to bring it, and we joke that it's an old family recipe.

Grab some hamburger buns, and maybe some baked beans, and you are good to go. Your friends will never know it's store bought unless you tell them.

For a group that size I would try to keep it simple - pork tenderloin comes to mind. You could fit several on even a small camp grill. Marinate them ahead of time and just grill'em up. Tossed salad and some kind of rice maybe. Pretty easy, not real expensive, not a lot of prep or clean-up.
