Jalapeno Pie; as requested

Jalapeno Pie
Great with coffee in the morning

Preheat oven to 350

In a bowel mix:
4 eggs
10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
¼ cup chopped jalapenos
¼ cup red bell pepper, optional I just like the color

Spay a 10-inch pie pan with Pam; I like a glass pie pan
Pour the mixture into the pie pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a knifepoint comes out clean.

I sometime make this up the night before and put it in the refrigerator and bake it in the morning.

Darn, I am not a cook, but that seems even simple enough for me to fix.

Thanks for the recipe.

I allways have jalapeno's running out my ears from my garden every year. I will give this a try, it sounds great. No telling how many I have dried or pickled over the years.

What's it taste like? Is it hot? Assuming so because of the Jalepeno's being added.

Hot is a relative term. What I think is HOT my wife thinks is mild. It is spicy but to me not hot. A jalapeno spicieness is in the seeds. I made one of these once and removed the seeds, nothing cheese and eggs.
