We recently bought a vintage GE electric percolator and now remember what really good percolated coffee tastes like. This is a 50 year old pot that looks like new. Love it. We try to use coarse ground coffee, medium and will buy mostly Melitta or Tim Horton's, Robin's coffee if we are lucky enough to find it on the store shelves any more here in Western Canada.

Cup o' joe

[QUOTE=DnD;299268]In our house (or 5er) we couldn't function before at least 1 cup o joe!

We have a 12 cup DeLongi drip with a stainless steel caraffe. For the larger RV kitchens this unit is fantastic because it's 100% front loading. That means we never have to pull it out to make coffee...just leave it in place on the counter.

Amazon.com: DeLonghi Silver 12 Cup Programmable Front Fill Drip Coffee Maker: Kitchen & Dining

For backup we have a stanless steel percolator and a french press.

I use a simple coffee press from LL Beans. We do a fair amount of dry camping and this way I am not reliant on shore/generator power. I do like the idea of the 12 cup DeLong drip with stainless steel caraffe... for the times I have shore power. On my Christmas list (along with a toaster oven)

Keurig mini is a bare necessity for us! We use either cafe mocha or cafe caramel coffee. Yes both of us have one heck of a sweet tooth!
