We use the Toddy coffee system which makes cold-brewed coffee concentrate. Just pour a little in your mug & add hot water. Smooth, low acid & each cup is as strong as the drinker likes. We use it at home too.

Just upgraded from a 4 cup drip to a 12 cup electric percolator (love it) to serve the morning brew with Baileys or Kahlua when it is just DH & I.
When at the larger gatherings we tend to do it a bit differently ... Irish whiskey, brown sugar & heavy cream brings in an interesting crowd ....

I have to have coffee in the morning and when camping in a Fed park that had generator hours I learned I needed a stove top percolator. I got a pyrex fire glass 9 cup antique coffee pot and can't wait to try it out.

+1. Mini Keurig is the way to go when camping.
I was boondocking last summer at a state park on Cape Cod. No shore power. Every morning I took my coffee cup with water and my mini keurig to the bath house, plugged it into the shaving outlet, and 3 minutes later I was a happy camper!!

We are coffee snobs. Carry our fully automatic Jura capresso espresso machine everywhere we travel. From a small espresso to an iced coffee I've got it covered.

When boondocking I use a Coleman drip coffee maker that sits on a propane stove. If going to a full hookup site I may bring my small k-cup Mr. Coffee. For coffee I prefer cans of Melitta Columbian!

As I am the only one who drinks coffee, I use a 4 cup electric drip. If there is no electric I use an old fashion peculator on my stove.

While K-Cups are very convenient, to me they make a weak cup of coffee, even on the small cup setting.
