New Camp Chef Pro 90X. Awesome performer!

Took a weekend away from the base so my wife could decompress for a couple of days. RV'ing at Windstar Casino RV Resort right on the OK/TX border. Second run with the new Class C and with the things we missed last time on board.
Broke in my new Camp Chef stove and it's awesome! The pic shows it with the 2-burner griddle and the one-burner grill box. Also have the 2-burner grill box and 1-burner griddle. Very modular system! Made Teriyaki marinated tuna melt sandwiches with tomatoes, caramelized onions, and shredded lettuce on buns with wasabi infused mayonnaise. Tasted great! Family and friends all liked them too. Another successful experiment.
Next up July 4th weekend, but we don't know where yet... Bon Appetit!

Nice! I wish I had room for something like that in my camper. The meal sounds really good also.

That seems awfully close to the camper, no issues with heat and the body of the MH ?

We just bought the exact same set-up you have. Question...do you run it off the house propane with a quick release or off a dedicated bottle?

One of the first things we bought this year for camping. Tried it out last week. We love ours.

Love our camp chef also but older 2017 version but yes I also thought it was a little close to RV the paint does melt and my water heater already melted some paint by on top of vent.(bubbled up) Seems like should have been an extended flange to direct heat away from Motorhome.

I run a dedicated 20 lb propane tank. It gives me better freedom on where I want to place the stove as well as having additional uses for propane.

It's not an issue with the design of the Camp Chef. Heat is dissipated by the griddle and Grill box and you can't feel the heat 12" above the griddle, or in the back of the unit. The windscreen is actually barely warm at the top and the griddle temp on infrared was 400 Deg.

I have the smaller, 2 burner Camp Chef Pro60x. You have a very nice setup with the larger griddle and BBQ box. I cook on mine all year long at camp or at home. Even in the middle of a Michigan winter. I really put it though it's paces and the Camp Chef holds up to constant use and abuse. It's built to be durable and last quite a while.

I bought the Pro 90 X last year with both griddles. It's been a game changer. so much you can do with them. Plus keeps all the mess outside and you dirty far less pots and pans and the griddles take 5 minutes to clean up. Just ordered the pizza oven for it should see the brown truck on Wednesday dropping it off.
