Oysters!
My DH bought a bushel of oysters from Cedar Key. We have had raw oysters on the half shell. He is now shucking them and we will fry some tonight. Tomorrow night we are having in some friends for raw oysters on the half shell, oyster casserole, oysters grilled on the Big Green Egg, and cheesy broiled oysters. Oyster stew and a green salad round out the menu. We might even have a little room for dessert.
