I haven't been able to find anyone around here that does bead blasting, so I'm doing it the old fashioned way. I've cleaned a lot of the interior but I think I'll have to burn the rest of it away. We've had a fire ban here for quite a while but it was lifted this week, so I plan to build a fire in my firepit and burn the remaining rust and stuff off. I did bake some Bisquick drop biscuits in my new 10" camp oven last Sunday and they turned out pretty good for a first time ever DO cook. I'm looking forward to some good meals from cast iron in the future. I'll keep you posted on the pot. Thanks for asking.
