There was a mention here of coming to N.C. I've got four words for you: North Carolina Pork Barbecue. O.C. will know where to find the good barbecue joints. Hell, he probably cooks his own on a grill he designed and built himself. Maybe a bottle of Cheerwine (it's a soft drink) to wash it down with.

Yea, check out vienna hot dog site, they even have a class people take and get the cart to make them that they push down the street or set up on the corner. It's the bun poppy seed, that popping skin hot dog, mustard, bright green relish, hot dog peppers, tomato and a kosher spear pickle and dusted with celery salt....

OK, that did it. You've gotta be somehow related to DH!

That man would put celery salt on ice cream!

I make, as a treat, oyster stew for him on Fridays now and then. (he still observes the no meat Friday tradition) He adds celery salt.

Odd that although he LOVES Chicago dawgs with all the fixin's, if it's not a Chicago dawg he doesn't want the relish at all.

Me? I want so much relish you can't see da dawg! And LOTS of mustard, same thing with my BLTs.

wmtire, I'm surprised people/organizations don't hit you up to use your equipment for fund raisers around here!

I can just see you now, on an episode of Duck Dynasty, all set up and grillin' dawgs for the whole pack of Robertsons. (chuckle) you'd need ALL of your grills for that bunch!
