But we will need some (4 slabs) of Jim's for a side by side comparison.
Come on spoil sport!

I just know and TOWTA agrees that just ONE time in your life you will be a nice guy and bring 4 slabs of Jim's ribs & sauce to N'ville with you. You really don't want me to have to call Ms. Amy do you?

I picked up a Green Mountain Davy Crocket pellet grill coming back from South Texas last week, It should fit in the basement of the 5r. I also bought the Daniel Boone pellet smoker for home use. I'm doing chicken for tonight. 5 racks of pork ribs in the freezer, but I'm saving them for another tine.

lookin good .. my first smoke for ribs is tomorrow ...

been doing bacon for the last couple of years during the winter on a "cold smoke" using a vertical propane ... works well but lots of monitoring at minus 20 ... the internal temp can never come above 132 F ...

the only thing im not successful yet is a beef brisket ... that my friend is very hard to master

d-mo ..
