Spiked Lemonade (Vodka Collins)

INGREDIENTS
1 can frozen lemonade
1-liter club soda
Vodka
Maraschino cherries and juice

DIRECTIONS
In a large pitcher mix frozen lemonade (do not add water) and club soda. Fill empty lemonade can 3/4 full with vodka and add to the pitcher. Mix well.
To serve pour over ice in a glass and add a maraschino cherry and a spoon full of cherry juice to the glass.

Gin may be substituted for the Vodka. That would make it a Tom Collins.

This is our signature drink when we entertain in warmer weather and is usually served while the DH is grilling up his awesome BBQ ribs. It is so easy to put together and you don’t have to tend bar all evening.
