Cream cheese, onion, garlic, jalapeņo, mushrooms, and seasonings. Tie back up and cook for about 3 hours.

If that tastes half as good as it looks. We've used sliced provolone, but I like the idea of the cream cheese. Next time for sure.

Got the bracket kit installed. Painter poles are not the real deal. When back in the employed force and caught up on bills. Might be able to visit and arrange something. Sucks not having a home base to be able to drill straight. Can make homemade BBQ sauce too.
