such a nice day .... dinner is

rosemary potatoes and grilled steak with a salad

taters
one large cast iron seasoned skillet
enough olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan
new potatoes cleaned and halved
rosemary
itlalian spice
2 tbs butter
fresh ground red pepper,
fresh bell pepper


clean the taters
roll em in the skillet to cover in oil, then place cut side up

season the taters
drop in the butter
place skillet on HOT grill,, no direct flame under skillet and let em cook for about 15 mins
then rotate the taters to round side up and let em finish cooking
should be light to golden brown when done
let sit for about 3 minutes to cool some and then enjoy


steaks...cook to taste

They do really well to if you'll take the lid from camp oven and place on top and put about 15 coals on it. Doesn't take as long to cook and browns the top nicely.
