Had the Coleman road trip and hated it. Based on burner placement and how they had to do the grills made it difficult to not burn things on the big solid portions over the burners.

Got the Webber Q and haven’t looked back since. Live it and works great.

Road trip just sits in the garage now [emoji23]

Ok, now for some popcorn

I like my road trip but don’t love it. But DW won’t let me buy something else so it’s what I got. FOR EV ER

Does the Weber 2200 have a conversion for the camper hookup?

Should be able too I think. I have the adapter to hook up to 20lb bottle that fits in one of our compartments. So don’t need to use the non refillable small ones.

I purchased Nexgrill 2-Burner Portable from HomeDepot. I was able to replace the regulator with a quick connect adapter. I have a ten foot of hose on it.

Homedepot: Nexgrill 2-Burner Portable Propane Gas Table Top Grill in Stainless Steel

I have only used a couple of times so far. It is all Stainless Steel and easy to clean.

Consider getting a Blackstone Griddle. It can cook almost anything that a grill can + a lot more. Easier to cleanup too.

We made the switch and have never looked back.

What ever table top grill you decide on please do not use it on the wooden campground picnic tables. It get tiring using a picnic table with burned spots on them.

I've read so many threads on grills and the Weber Q seems to win. I will be getting a Q1200 this year for our camper. I looked at the Q2200 and it's just a little too big. I think I can get the Q1200 to fit in a tote. There is also a conversion to use it with the large propane bottles and a griddle that can be used as well.

X3 on the burned table

Weber Q gets my vote. They do make conversion kits for the propane. It wasn't a big chore. The Q1000 fits nicely in a rubbermaid tote to keep the critters, coons, dirt etc. under control.

If you get the Webber check out the stand they make. Fits the 1200 and 2200. Folds for easy storage and works quite well. Locks in place etc.

I've seen those.. they look nice. I've had a wallyworld folding like TV table for years, it was real cheap(maybe $15) and works yet. collapses down to about 2"

That was my plan since I have an extra one. Good call to post about it as well.

X2. Blackstone all the way. It it the best investment we have made. It Cooks everything from bacon to Stakes amazingly. It has cut are charcoal consumption in half at least.
