Water Pump issue on our 2012 Rockwood 2604

We went camping this past weekend and our water got low so we manually poured water into the tank the last night to have water for dishes and showering. Everything was fine until we got back and cleaned it up now no water is coming out of the faucets. There is water in it and we can hear the pump. Any suggestions? We did travel on a bumpy gravel road too, but have been there before and no issues.

It is possible that the water is again so low in the tank that pump can't pick it up. Also, depending on where the pick-up tube is and what position you camper is situated, even though you may have water in the tank the water pump can't pick it up.

Does the pump now sound different then when water was flowing ?? That is an indication that it is not pulling water from the tank.

It shows 2/3 full and it is level. If there's air in the tank, could that be the reason? If so, what do we do? We picked the trailer up 7 weeks ago and have camped 6 weekends in a row to work all the bugs out. Thought we had everything worked out and now this

2/3 full should be plenty of water. Air in the line should not be a problem, as the pump is self priming. It is possible that the pickup tube got dislodged during your travels, but that is unlikely.

There may a screen in the inlet side of the pump that needs to be cleaned. I would take pull the line into the inlet side and see if there is a screen there.

About all you can check is the screen pre filter from above the floor, and the pump, you prob. have enclosed under belly. The motor on the pump can run without the pump working. If not( back to the dealer )! Youroo!! Why do you have a (Rockwood) when you live in (Flagstaff)?

Because there are lots of pretty campgrounds right out our back door and it forces us to relax, which we have a hard time doing when we are home. Always projects and cleaning to do ya know.
