Love my crockpot but this weekend was all grill ...my favorite was the smoked cornish hens DH cooks with peppers on the grill at the same time ...

lunch was grab a sandwich and dinner also on PBS was 3 slabs of loin backs and 2 chickens with dill pickle macaroni salad and baked beans.

on our maiden voyage shake down

Steak n Asparagus with cheese sauce. Breakfast with leftover steak n eggs.

Chicken kebabs.

All on the new coleman lxe.

Should probably start working out more now that we have an RV...
