Whole Hog

Well I got the best phone call I could ask for this afternoon from my camping buddy. The conversation went like this" Dave I just killed a wild hog and I thought we could use your smoker and have a party over at your house this weekend". I told him that since we weren't camping this weekend and I had nothing better to do, we'll drink some beer and eat some great food. I'll get pics and post this weekend.

You're a little far, but twice now I've driven the 15 hours to Alabama for a weekend. Count me in!
