Queen bedroom with retractable partition, sleeps 5. Vapor wall so no garage smells in the living space. Newer tires and brakes, 2 30lb propane tanks, new Diehard Gold deep cycle battery. New heavy duty awning. No leaks and all appliances work properly. New queen Ikea mattress up front. Storage under the bed and lots of usable storage throughout. Cabinets in the garage too. I don't have measurements for the garage but it will fit 3 motorcycles with room to squeeze around. Checkered flag garage floor. Hitch with sway controller and weight distribution included. 3/4T towable (I've seen Suburbans towing this exact model).
In addition I'm selling my 1997 Ford F350 7.3L PSD/5sp/dually/regular cab pickup and will make a package deal. 136k miles. Truck is an XL with cold A/C, Cruise Control, CD player, new cooper tires, new shocks, E350 wheels, new tie rod ends and steering gearbox, newer brakes, all wear items were replaced with top of the line severe duty components. Needs nothing,
but can't sell the truck separate until the trailer goes or I’m stuck with a trailer that I can’t move. IT’S A 1997 SO IT’S SMOG EXEMPT IN CA.
I'm getting out of RV's so this all has to go. It's all costing me too much to store to be worth keeping. FRF asking price is $6k obo. I don’t have the truck listed but would like to get $10k for it. $14500 or BEST OFFER takes the whole package. I really need this stuff gone so come take a look or shoot me an offer.
