Estate sale in Pahrump, NV (just west of Las Vegas): Extra nice 2006 Sandpiper T38BHDS travel trailer by Forest River, 38' 10" long by 8' wide by 11' 6" high. 2 electric slide outs, large, (double-glass) sliding door to living room, separate entry door to the bedroom.

Layout is spacious and well-designed, and the interior is quiet and well insulated. The finish work is expensive - you could enjoy living in this year round. It has beautiful oak cabinets, matching window treatments and lots of storage throughout.
