42 foot, 2 bathroom, bunkhouse with king bed in master. Has washer/dryer hookups, 10 gal elec/gas hot water, 42k heat, heated tanks and underbelly. We have done some modifications such as soap dispensers, custom pull out pantry, stainless landing gear stabilizers, tubes under for sewer hoses, euro hinges on doors, magnetic door catches, desk in bunk room, and exterior cribbing block storage.
The camper has a 15500 gvw and approx 3000lb pin wt., the axles see about 11500lbs when loaded for a 2 week trip. We have stayed in it comfortably down to -2deg and it stayed 70 inside. It will sleep 9 or 10 easy and we have friends routinely stay with us putting 8 people inside.
We purchased this unit used in 2008 and have enjoyed it since, our home parking situation is forcing us to downsize
. We are looking at a 31 ft used bunkhouse that will fit our parking needs but need to sell this one first.
