2007 charleston 400qs $74,900
2007 Charleston in excellent condition inside and out. Everything works as it should. This coach has four slides that when open makes it huge inside. Powered by a 330hp Mercedes diesel that gets a true 9.5 mpg at 67 mph which is it's sweet spot, of course that is not running in the mountains. This engine is supported by Detroit diesel and can be serviced at any Detroit diesel or Freightliner location. 8Kw CAT generator, auto level, great Michelin tires, paint is beautiful, full pass through with slide out tray. Selling due to vision problems. This coach was recently serviced and has 43000 miles at time of posting, if not sold by spring of 2019 will take another trip to the north west but DW will need to step up and do more driving. Coach is located in north west Georgia and is always parked under a poll barn. Our .97 acre property where coach is located is also for sale for $65,000.00 Property was set up just for the coach and has two rv sites one with 50amp and one with 30amp . Both have sewer, public water, propane, 8x10 shed with full size washer and dryer and full size refrigerator. There is also a screened in deck. A private mountain getaway that is big rig friendly.
