To be perfectly honest, I think you are starting out a bit high. That is the old style, and it is 4 years old. The new ones have more slides, a bigger basement, and are quite a bit fancier. Not slamming your unit, just trying to be honest.
Do you replace the tires recently? Buyers would like that.
