The trailer is 31-1/2' from tip of hitch to the spare tire.
Loaded Pin weight is about 1,200 lbs. It will depend on how you load the kitchen.
When the wife takes everything known to man and puts it in the pantry I'm sure it affects the pin weight. (kind of a cantilever effect)
This model has the wheels set slightly forward and I believe that is because they were trying to keep the pin weight a light a possible.
I find it tows better when we fill the fresh water all the way up causing a increase in pin weight.
When we first got it I had it weighed on it's maiden voyage. We were at 7,200 lbs if my memory serves me correctly. I could not find my weigh-slip.
BTW, I had to put new tires on it last weekend.
We were heading out of town and I noticed that one of the tires did not look right. I stopped by my local tire shop and sure enough they were delaminating. Caught it just in time. No damage!
