Well maintained one-owner smoke-free travel trailer in great condition, sleeps 9. Dry weight is 4,579 lbs, length is 28ft 7in. Upgraded rear fabricated steel bumper, not the typical thin factory bumper. Perfect for holding a heavy bike rack or other items. Four brand new tires installed on March 4, 2017 and 303 UV Protectant applied to each tire. Recently serviced hot water heater/tank to include a complete flush and new anode rod. Recently serviced gas HVAC heater and new bug screen installed on the exhaust ports. Routine roof maintenance recently done to include washing and weather proofing with caulk as needed. All four wheel hubs recently greased. New 12volt battery. All exterior moving parts (hitch, stairs, leveling jacks, roof antenna, etc.) have been regularly maintained with lubricant. Everything inside and outside of this trailer works as intended. A/C is very cold and heater is very hot. Plenty of storage options including a flow-thru storage area in the front with dual access doors on the outside. Rear bunk house has plenty of room to sleep 3 comfortably and includes a privacy curtain and storage cabinet. Bunk house also has individual lighting above and below. Bottom bunk folds in half (as shown in picture) to allow for plenty of storage that is accessible from a very large outside door, perfect for large items like a grill, trash can, etc. Private bedroom with sliding door sleeps 2 on a queen bed and has dual coat closets, dual overhead storage, dual reading lights, overhead bedroom light and dual night stands. Bedroom also has dual a/c outlets and a dedicated place for a wall mounted tv with cable and power outlets in place. The queen bed lifts up to reveal a huge storage area that will hold two large tubs and still have room for more items if needed. Dinette converts into a two person bed. Sofa converts into a bed for two. An internet search will show all the specs and technical data. This unit does not have any slide outs, but the layout provides plenty of room. Weight distribution hitch/system is not included.
