After looking at some other ads here, I realize I could have provided some additional information, so here goes:
The new Marathon tires are load range E rated.
The microwave is new.
The kitchen fan thermostat is new.
The kichen faucet is new.
The indoor refrig has a new heating element.
The exterior "J" fairings have been reinforced by the dealer.
It has the factory installed central vacuum system.
It has two TV's without an outdoor connection.
Outdoor kitchen with refrige and two burner grill that has never been used.
It has the fireplace/heater option.
There is an electric awning.
Front/rear electric jacks/stabilizers.
Thee are Corian countertops in the kitchen.
It has two new LA-Z-Boy recliners.
Eight Cu.Ft. indoor refrig/freezer
Heavy Duty axles.
New air mattress.
There is no exterior damage.
None of the "new" items listed were replace because they were worn out, but rather because they were upgraded by the dealer.
As stated before, we have to sell it for personal reasons.
Some other items too numerous to list here.
We are asking $32.000.00.
