Let's try to address these two as separate issues:
1) Upside down photos:
Many devices don't actually rotate photos when they're taken. Instead, they record the image 'as-is' and then include additional information that tells other devices which way to rotate the picture in order to see it the right way. Unfortunately, they way they do that isn't uniform among different devices or even among different programs on the same device. One of the worst of these is if you use the volume up button like a camera shutter to take a photo on an iPhone, as that actually puts the physical camera in the iPhone upside down. There's more information on this site about it:
The short of it is that you'll have to manually rotate the pictures the right way yourself first if you want to guarantee them to be right side up for everybody. The link above provides some options for this.
2) Posting photos from an iPad:
I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you're using the normal website in Safari and not the app. That's because with the app, it is possible to upload more than once in the same post. Please allow me to demonstrate:
Each time you click the picture to pick a photo, you get to add another attachment. Remember, this is all only if you use the app.
If you're uploading from Safari (like I suspect) then I've run into the same issue as you while testing this. I don't know of a fix for it, but there are some workarounds.
First off you could just upload 1 photo per post. It's definitely not ideal, but it's probably the least work.
Secondly, you could use a hosting site like asquared recommended. I've had good luck in the past using photobucket with other sites (and some of my early posts here). Once you set up an account, and download their app, it's easy to open their app, upload a photo and then get the link to the photo all from your pad. (Sorry, I don't currently have it installed to provide step by step directions for that.)
Hopefully, one of these choices work for you. Please let me know if you need more help.
