Everything works great, excellent condition, paid off clear title, Loaded, Flat Screen TV, Full Head(shower and toilet) 12 gal holding tank for Black and 12 gal for Grey water, 26 gal freshwater tank, dual sinks, fridge, microwave,water heater, Heated Beds, King size in the front, queen in the back, canvas is in good shape, owning good shape, outside shower hot and cold water, tires are in great shape with spare, very nice camper, not used much, no pets or smoking inside. After purchase of my HW276, I really wished that I'd gone with the HW296 for it's Dual Axle (HW276 sits very heavy in its Single Axle), AND for the design of the Fridge directly across from the Door (access to Fridge while Folded).
