I am selling (in order to buy a new Sunseeker) my 2013 Nash travel trailer produced by Northwood Manufacturing. For those not familiar with Northwood, they are one of the few true Four Season, Off-Road manufacturers of travel trailers. This particular model is a 23F which is a liteweight (420 hitch, 4552 gross weight) and it tows nicely with my 2003 Toyota Sequoia. It looks and operates new inside and out. All systems working as new! Even if you don't camp in below freezing temps, this well insulated trailer will keep you cool in the summer as well. Just a week ago we camped in 100 degree temps, out in the open, and stayed cool at 72 degrees! It sleeps 5/6 comfortably. I guarantee there are no stains, smells or leaks! There is a lot of storage: outside pass-through and generator compartment. Inside under the bed, under the dinette seats, under the jack knife sofa and 4 wardrobe closets.
