2013 Rockwood Mini Lite 2306 - $12,000 (GA)
This is my 2013 Rockwood Mini Lite 2306. We've really enjoyed the three years we've had with this camper. I've made a video walkthrough of the camper, and there are many more pictures. PM me for the links.
This is a 3717 pound, 24 foot long camper with a queen murphy bed and sofa, a dinette that folds to a bed, and two bunk beds. There's a microwave, three burner stove, oven, and a really good bit of storage in the unit. The bathroom is nice with a full bathtub. There is a 27" inch TV with a DVD player and bluetooth audio system, with internal and external speakers. Everything about the camper is really well put together.
Externally, there's an outdoor grill that hooks into the gas line. The awning is very easy to extend. It does have mold spots on it that you can see in the pictures, but it's otherwise in good shape. The camper has three external storage areas that hold quite a bit of supplies. There are two 20 gallon propane tanks on the camper. There's a battery as well, but it will need to be replaced. The tires are in great shape. I estimate that I've only driven about 4,000 miles with the camper, as most of its time has been spent in a campground near Dahlonega GA. I tow the camper with a Toyota Tacoma, which does really well.
I'm including two items as part of this package:
- an Equal-i-zer weight distributing hitch, which is a really nice if you're towing with a smaller truck or SUV like I do.
- a Prodigy brake controller, to help sync your tow vehicle and trailer brakes.
If you don't want or need these items I'll keep them, but they are included in this price.
