2013 Rockwood Roo 21SSL Toyhauler $15000

2013 Rockwood Roo Hybrid Toyhauler. This lightweight camper is perfect for bring all your toys with you. They stay outside, so you never have mud or grease or gasoline smells inside your camper. Easy to load, easy to tow! Once set in place and levelled, it only takes about 5 minutes to set up. Most cabinets and the fridge are accessible with the slide in and the bunks stowed so packing up for your trip is a breeze. For quick overnight stays, you can use the sofa air mattress with just the slide extended.

Absolutely pristine condition. Never smoked in, no pets. Less than 2000 miles total towing on it. All systems and components work perfectly. This unit literally in "AS NEW" condition.

Spacious interior with HUGE slide out. 2 queen+ size fold out beds, queen size sofa-sleeper with powered inflate/deflate air mattress, and convertible dinette. It can COMFORTABLY sleep 6 adults and 2-3 kids at once. Drop down beds include inner spring heated mattresses.

Upgraded 15k BTU ducted A/C instead of standard 13K. Ducted heat. This A/C has kept the inside COLD through 110 degree days in blasting sunlight. 6 gallon DSI water heater with outside shower. Large refrigerator with freezer. Swivel-mount flat screen TV with DVD player, AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth stereo with outside speakers. Fan-tastic vent fan, with additional roof vent. 3-burner stove w/oven. Bathroom is not overly large, but very 'useable'.

Full fiberglass sides, with 1-piece roof. Aluminum alloy wheels, 90% tires. Power tongue jack with light, 4 stabilizer jacks. Power awning with automatic rain dump. 3-step retractable entrance steps. Has factory 8' by 8' deck on front with expanded metal floor and welded in tie-down rings. Can haul 2 full-size 4wd ATV's, 2 smaller motorcycles (under 96 inches long) or 1 longer Motorcycle (Goldwing or FLH Harley). Side rails on deck become loading ramps. 1700lbs carrying capacity on deck.

This unit is very comfortable, with lots of space and storage. I will toss in some of the accessories like the sewer hose, water hose, electrical shore line, bunk end lights/fans etc, plus a set of insulated solar reflective blankets for the bunk ends ($160 cost). Reese Dual-Cam weight distributing hitch with sway control can be included in package for additional cost. Gross weight is under 7000 pounds, so it is towable by just about any half-ton truck.

Clear Title in hand. Price is $15,000 which is far below what the NADA shows for LOW RETAIL on this unit.
