2013 Surveyor Sport M-220 travel trailer by Forest River. Purchased new in 2013 (we're moving up to a fifth wheel). This RV is in immaculate condition - used by a retired couple. We don't smoke and don't have pets. Low mileage and light use. Fiberglass exterior on aluminum frame. Rear bath, front full queen bed (60 x 80 - regular queen sheets fit!), large basement for storage. The dinette is in a slide which really opens up the interior. Electric stabilizer jacks (4) and electric tongue jack (will include manual tongue jack that came with the RV). Power awning with built-in LED lighting. All interior lights converted to LED for less heat and low power draw. Tires are in excellent condition and on alloy wheels. Unit has built-in toy rack on the back and I have added fork-mounts for carrying two bikes. 4,715# dry weight, 3,058# cargo capacity. Approximately 450# tongue weight depending on loading. After being contacted by another member, I realized that I hadn't said where the trailer is located... we are in North Augusta, SC (adjacent to Augusta, GA). That might help folks know whether or not they're interested! (Personally, I wouldn't look at units in California while living in South Carolina...)
