2013 XLR Hyperlite 27HFS EP

We've been thinking about upgrading to a 5th wheel, but like how light this Hyperlite has been. Love the Forest Rivers (we've had 2 already) and are looking at Rockwoods right now. We've got to sell the Hyperlite before we can buy a new 5th wheel though. Here's the details...

One of very few 1/2 ton towables with a separate garage... plus enjoy a big slide-out dinette area that makes everything feel very spacious.

Like new! Well maintained - covered storage, washed inside and out after every use. Regularly conditioned roof, awning, and seals. Lined cabinets, big pantry, lots of storage.

Actual dry weight is only 6,712lbs. 30ft long from hitch to bumper. Sleeps 6. Toy garage door opening is 88" wide by 82" tall. Garage floor dimensions are 108.75" deep by 93.75" wide. We easily put our Polaris RZR in there. 54 gallon fresh water tank, 63 gallon gray tank, and 32 gallon black tank with black tank flush for easy clean-out.

Fully loaded with all the upgrades:
- Extreme Package (EP) includes beefed up 8" I-beam frame, double pane windows, heated tanks, and increased cargo capacity
- Mobile fuel station to easily fill up all your toys
- Onboard generator prep kit - conveniently runs off fuel station
- Retractable screen on back loading door
- Electric raise/lower extra-long residential size queen bed in garage area
- Separate master bed area with full-sized residential queen mattress
- Aluminum framing, gel coated fiberglass exterior with vacuum bonded sidewalls and block foam insulation
- 7' spring assisted locking ramp door
- 18' electric awning with LED lighting
- Audio system with outdoor speakers
- Hot/cold exterior shower and gas grill hookups
- Heavy duty, gas/oil resistant rubber floor in toy garage with diamond plated tire guards and 5,000lb reinforced steel tie downs
- Auto ignition gas/electric water heater
- 13.5K BTU ducted A/C
- Nitro-filled tires
- Reverse activated rear flood lights
- Upgraded, cloth pull down nightshades in living area and bedroom
- Backing for TV and wired for cable

Will include awesome 12,000lb Equal-i-zer Hitch with 4-point sway control (retails at $519 online) with good offer.

$26,900 OBO
