This camper can sleep 9 people. Camper is in great condition, currently winterized, roof recently inspected.
There are some minor cosmetic damages from a slight disagreement with a gas station. Nothing wrong structurally, and no signs of leaks of any type. Clean.
Power awning, power tongue jack, and power super slide make set up a breeze (we've timed it at 8 minutes "back-up to beers"). Entire area with dinette and sofa (approx. 16') slides out several feet to greatly increase inside living space. CD stereo / DVD player with both indoor and outdoor speakers. AC gets COLD and Heater gets HOT. Fridge works very well on both propane and electric hookup.
Bathroom includes vanity, tub with skylight and upgraded shower head, and adjustable exhaust fan.
Camper includes a rear door directly in to bathroom to simplify entry/exit when sitting around the campfire after the kids go to bed.
We are only selling out of necessity - medical situation has come up that is going to make us unable to camp this year, and we need to free up some money for medical expenses. Our misfortune is your gain.
I've included 2 dealership photos of the interior to show the roominess with the slide extended - due it's storage location I can not currently extend the slide out.
