It started several years ago when a man on another forum came up with using 3" pvc pipe. I decided I could make them out of alum tubing and designed the upper bracket and lower bracket to stow them on the awning itself. Had made and shipped over 100 sets before having several folks having lost parts on the last batch of 25. So, after selling and shipping 125 sets, decided to only sell and ship the attaching hardware only. Turbs took over making and selling poles. I do still make 5 - 10 sets of poles from material I get in Florida in the winter, but I don't ship and people have to pick them up here in Concord.

Yep, wouldn't be without mine!

Originally had them on my 2014 Flagstaff 27BESS - when I traded it, took the hardware off and now have it on the Sunseeker.

It's called "adjust-ability".
Sometimes I have to put the poles on a knee wall, when the awning hangs past the pad, and sometimes I don't.

Plus, I can carry more due to the reduction in weight!

Luckily it's a dually... Might not be able to handle the weight of the poles otherwise.
