O.K. Still a newbie here, so be gentle. But without reading all 150 pages, what do these do? Do the poles and brackets come complete?

Used to years ago....Not any more....The poles were made to help the electric awnings stay out during mild wind, and when tied down, could stay out till around 30mph winds....OC was the first to make them for forum members, then as time went on, Turbs started making poles......As OC is giving it up, now Turbs will be making (?) brackets and poles.....

Turbs sells the complete setup, you supply the hold down straps and ground anchors. Here are a couple of pictures of mine installed. Well worth the price and the wait.

Like glsimms, I don't want to read through 150 pages. What is the cost of these? I'm assuming they will work with the awning that comes on a 2017 Rockwood Roo, correct?
