From what you've said and posted, you fill the ends with something.

I think Turbs just filled a gap in the market because you refused to ship. First rule of business, if you can't supply the market, someone else will.

My bottom pole always has water in it as they have no drain holes.

Dually it does but mine do not have a drain whole in the bottom, except where the holding pins go's through. but they fit pretty tight so I never had a real problem yet...

If you look at where that shock is located on that arming arm you could see that they shortened that wall bracket to me. I'm sure Turbs can make it work, a columbus awning is also higher then a Rockwood, so it will take more pole...I know I had to cut my rear poles down on the second awning, or I had like a 1 1/2' hanging down....Hope I'm wrong but I would measure first and order some custom ones, I have faith in Turbs.... PS: Capt. Mike has the same awning arms on his, I'm not sure how he handled it, so what about it Capt. Mike?

For your information, Tim, I am not , never have been and don't want to be in business. I AM RETIRED and have been since Aug 2006.!

After shipping in excess of 125 sets and having the number of problems I had with the last 25 sets and UPS, I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I have no problem with Turbs or anyone else copying the design/concept, in fact I'm glad he/they do, I even published the drawings for everyone. The WHOLE point of the design was strictly for the members of this forum to be able to use their power awnings.
