Picked up my poles from Turbs today...they look amazing! What a super nice guy as well...thanks again!

I know you told me but I forgot already....does it matter which side of the larger poles is bolted on the bracket? I know one side has holes slightly closer to end.

Could I see some pics of your install when you get a chance to do it? I have one of his kits in my garage waiting to be installed on my IKSS

I would think it makes more sense to paint the poles rather than painting myself?

Remove upper awning bolt.

Install upper bracket and just snug.

Install bigger upper pole that has the hole closest to the end with supplied stainless 1/4-20 x 2 bolt and lock nut

Install lower bracket and pin but do not lock pin, also do not install lower pole yet.

While holding bracket firmly in place remove pin and pull back on upper pole to mark two holes for rivet " a helper comes in handy here"!

Drill holes and pop rivet lower in place.

Remove pole at upper mount carefully not to disturb position and drill lower hole in upper bracket and rivet into place.

Now tighten upper mounting bracket bolt and reinstall upper pole and just run locking nut down to just about touching.

Insert lower pole into upper and align stow holes and insert pin!

Done!

Repeat on second pole!

When you get an opportunity, with the Solera type awning, do the same instructional pictures. Remember the big baloney heads that mine came with? Would be excellent instruction wise.

Just say'n.

I will be adding mine in a few weeks, God will' and the creek don't rise. I will forward some pics.

These instructional photos are awesome...thanks Turbs!!!! Now it all seems so obvious I can't even believe I was confused.

You have a great product and great service...I hope people order poles by the truckload now that camping season is hitting. I feel like the versatility of my Roo just went to another level!
